Basel invites you to the first race of our alleycat series “2010: A Race Odyssey”:
Part I “Bomb the Cityring!”
Basel’s City Center is surrounded by three city rings. We will race them! Fast,
irresponsible and…
…and fast again. Set your big gear! Meet on january 16 at 8pm in the De Wette Pavillon.
There will be yummy cheese fondue after the race. And bar-hopping of course.

Entry fee: 5.-

Speedrush is a well done book about the life of cycle messangers in Basel. This nice pictured book will be released at the 14. November at Obst & Gemüse, Basel.

This August the Tri Cycle Messenger Championship will be held in Basel. Join up because there will be some fixed contests, of course a Bike Polo Tourney or even you want to join the main race. Check out TriCMC 09 for more information.

Polo Tourney:
Qualification – Friday 7.8.
Finals – Saturday 8.8.

Fixed Contests:
Skid – Saturday 8.8.
Trackstand – Saturday 8.8.
Backward Circles – Saturday 8.8.

This weekend (saturday 4. april) there will be the opening of obst & gemüse in basel. this new shop sells messenger -bags and fixed gear bikes and is surely worth a visit especially when theres an allycat race trough basel on the opening day (starts 19:30).
