Hey! I just saw someone riding a white fixie at the XXème! He just left a few minutes ago ( the time i’m writing this post) so around 14:45. Is this person member of this forum by any chance?

Still no fixie rider in fribourg? I would be up for a ride. I don’t live in the city, but i am 20 mins from the city.

J’attends aussi un fixie dans 2 semaines… et je roule sur fribourg… :-)

Il y aurait des motivés à faire (essayer) un peu de bike polo ??? J’aurai 2-3 amis intéressé (pas forcément en fixie par contre)…

J habite a Morat, moi, mon frere et mon colocataire on joue de temps en temps. On a des polo-club pour une équipe ;)

On peut faire un Ride-Out a Fribourg une fois. Ecrit moi un Email: onegearcompany@gmail.com

Ok tip top :-) . Je te fais signe dès réception de mon engin (env 1 à 2 sem je pense)… !! Pour ma part j’habite juste à coté de fribourg…mais me dérange pas de venir aussi une fois par Morat si jamais.

Ok so I’ve been in Fribourg for a week now, and I’ve seen a few fixed gears: a green brakeless conversion on Rue de Romont, a white track bike at Misericorde, and a strange mini-lo-pro on Perolles.

Also, any advice on finding a flat/WG in Fribourg? I’m looking around but can’t find anything. Cheers!

Hi

For Wg or flat, have you take a look in the university (Misericorde) (even if you aren’t student). ( go on the ground floor of The “building” front of the Mensa)

I’m also riding a fixie (pinarello false oldstyle) but haven’t a lot of time these days… but later will enjoy to ride or… with other fixie riders :-)

Hi, thanks for the advice, I found something! I think I saw your bike a while ago on Route du Jura? Nice. Also saw a really nice brakeless one on Rue de Romont the other night, with chrome deep-dish wheels. A real weapon!

Someone was telling me about a workshop on Rue Marcello which you can hire to access all the tools and fix up your own bike yourself. Has anyone else heard of this or know of something similar? I’ve got several projects at the minute, but I don’t have the tools! Thanks.
