Instructions for Pre inscription of EHBPC 2010

A.) By the 15th of January 2010 we need the following informations from you and your community:
a.1.) decide who is representing your city. The ambassador chosen will be the only person we communicate with. He will get all the important informations and transmit them to you. (we also keep you up to date via www.leagueofbikepolo.com and our blog ehbpc2010.wordpress.com ).
a.2.) The ambassador will give us the number and name of the teams and their member’s names of your city willing to play at the EHBPC. He will also tell us the size of the polo community of your city.
B.) By the 20th of January, basing on these 2 informations we’ll decide the quota your city will get.
It’s up to you to find a way to decide which teams you will send to Geneva. We don’t care if you are going to make a local tournament, if you decide by chance, if you send the richest or best looking team(s) (we would prefer the strongest, obviously).
C.) Your selection process should be finished by the 1st of May, At this date we want you to have sent us the names of the teams and players who qualified.
Tomorrow i’m coming to Bern with two american polo-players. We take the free train for te big syndicate demonstration in capital streets’s.
We need to go back at 16h40…
So i want to know if people gonna play polo between 13h and 16h… And if they can lend some polo sticks to do it. (cause we don’t want to looks like black block with hardcore sticks)
Le Geneva Messenger Crew est fier d’organiser le Pre Event official du Tri-CMC 2009, qui fera étape à Bale pour la première fois.
Genève est surtout connue pour être la Mecque protestante depuis le XVIème siècle, cité d’un Calvin qui était contre toutes réjouissances et joies de toutes sortes. Sexy n’est-il pas?
Afin de rompre avec cette image – avant de s’attaquer au coffre d’une banque de la place ☺ – nous vous proposons de participer au renouveau de la ville en nous rejoignant pour la première édition d’un événement «messagesque/coursiesque» de dimension internationale!
Au programme des réjouissances:
de la sueur, du sang et de l’acide lactique bien entendu. Son cortèges de compétitions aussi délirantes que sérieuses, à commencer par la première «Hellveti’cat» du 1er Août national.
Des épreuves spéciales fixies aussi originales que le skid bowling.
Son tournoi de vélo polo.
Sa chill du dimanche au bord du lac qui ne serait pas complète sans son jump dans le Léman et même un pédalo sprint pour faire comme les vrais touristes.
Pour les acharnés qui ne savent toujours pas où est Lausanne, sans parler de Porrentruy, le week end sera suivi d’une pédalée fantastique à travers l’Helvétie jusqu’à Bâle.

The usual Wednesday at 19h00 is relative to the quality of the every week concerts at Parc Lagrange (for exemple next week with Gurusjazzmatazz the training seems to be canceled.)
